Linda Höglund

Linda Höglund is an operating partner and investment committee member at Luminar. Linda has a background as global CFO at fast-scaling unicorns Klarna in Europe and Grab in Southeast Asia. Earlier in her career she was CFO/Deputy CEO at game developer Dice and part of the acquisition by Electronic Arts.In 2000 Linda co-founded Bluefactory, one of the first mobile game studios, which was later sold to Mobilaris in 2004. Linda holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration at Stockholm School of Economics.

Erwan Derlyn
Operating partner

Erwan Derlyn is an Operating Partner at Luminar Ventures, where he advises portfolio companies on growth strategy. He brings over a decade of hands-on experience in customer acquisition including positions as Head of Organic Acquisition at iZettle (now Zettle by Paypal), Head of Growth at Hem, and consulting roles for various fast-growing startups in the Nordics.He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Baltic Business School in Kalmar (now Linéuniversitet).

Hannah Meiton

Hannah Meiton is an Operating Partner at Luminar Ventures, where he advises portfolio companies on go-to-market and growth strategy. Hannah has over 15 years of experience developing B2B SaaS companies in scale-up phase, with experience from Meltwater and Widlfire (acquired by Google) in the US and, more recently, iZettle and Soundtrack Your Brand in Sweden. Today she combines work as a Board member (Mentimeter, Kognity, All Ears, MedUniverse) with advising and working closely with other SaaS B2B companies in growth mode.

Thomas Wester
Operating partner

Thomas is an Operating Partner at Luminar.  His role is to coach the portfolio companies in their strategy work, providing guidance on how to navigate through the dimensions of uncertainty. Thomas promotes a structured and agile way-of-working based on the Lean Start-up methodology.He has supported more than 15 companies since the start of the fund, such as Albacross, Greenely, Normative, Insurello, Debricked, Insurely, etc.Thomas is well experienced in leading change as a business advisor and strategist for decades for both larger companies (Telia, SBAB, LRF, SJ, EU) in their digital transformation journey and also to smaller companies in their growth journey (TrueCaller, Karma, Vera&John, Picturizer).His experiences in entrepreneurship started with the firm Parallel Consulting Group where he had different internal roles from early sales manager and consultant to the CEO role, when the company was bought by Icon Medialab. Thomas has a technology background and has a master degree in mathematics and computer science and also a Ph.D. degree from Uppsala University in the topics image analysis and distributed computing.
